Delivery

• We use DHL and Guernsey Post as our preferred couriers. All orders for original artwork sent via DHL will come with a tracking number.
• We do not take responsibility for delay in courier due to weather or delay due to missed/incorrect information from customer.

FAQs

• Production and estimated delivery times: Prints of all sizes usually take around 4 weeks. Original artwork may take up to 8 weeks depending on stock. We will advise at the time of purchase.
• Shipping: We currently ship Worldwide. Costs for shipping will be calculated based on standard international rates. All artwork will be packaged in bubble wrap and then boxed to ensure your items arrive as safely as possible. 
• Please note we triple check all products before they leave the warehouse, and therefore we are not liable for any damage that occurs during or after transport. Consequently, all goods physically purchased from the Tiffany Anna Studio are subject to a general principle of caveat emptor.
• Cancel my order: Please email hello@tiffany.gg within 24 hours of making a purchase to cancel your order and receive a refund.
